Although we are sure, you would love our products but if for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchase please get in touch with us and we will make it right.
WRONG ITEM DELIVERED
Step 1 - Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at Email - parco.pcmumbai@gmail.com or on Whatsapp at +91 7208414761 with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
Step 2 - Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 - On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
Step 4 - In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 - As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).
SHIPPING
Our incense are freshly prepared as per the orders. So once we receive your order it takes 3 business days for us to prepare it. Once prepared and shipped, you shall receive your order in 5 to 7 days depending on your location.
